11 weeks - another milestone (& some pics!)

No bleeding this morning YAY!! Just the familiar brown spotting, but hey, I'm ok with that. Just no more red please! As promised, here are some pictures for you. Here is the baby at 10w6d from yesterday's ultrasound. DH & I both have "prominent" noses and it appears our baby does too.

And the first of many baby bump shots. This was from this morning, so 11 weeks exactly. (And no, I did not grow to be 7 feet tall, we just have a very small Christmas tree so I am taller than it.)

Our IVF Timeline

8/16/10 - Surgery for ectopic pregnancy - losing last tube means IVF is our only chance
8/25/10 - Meet with RE for post-op check & discuss IVF plans in detail. Can start stims in October
9/3/10 - DH does semen analysis
9/13/10 - DH & I do our infectious disease blood work screening
9/20/10 - IVF Group Session
9/21/10 - Start BCPs
9/27/10 - DH & I start 5 days of antibiotics
9/29/10 - Sonohysterogram (saline u/s) & Pelvic Evaluation/Trial Transfer
9/30/10 - Receive my "baby in a box" (meds)
10/4/10 Stop BCPs
10/8/10 - Baseline u/s & start stims (injections) 6 vials Bravelle, 2 vials Menopur each evening
10/12/10 - SnS Appt - went well - keep same dosage
10/14/10 - SnS Appt - keep same dosage tonight
10/15/2010 - Increase to 6 vials Bravelle, 3 vials of Menopur, and 1 Ganirelix
10/16/10 - SnS Appt - keep same dosage
10/18/10 - SnS Appt - keep same dosage
10/19/10 - SnS Appt - Ready to trigger - start antibiotics today and do trigger shots tonight at 11pm
10/21/10 - Egg Retrieval 11am - we got 5 eggs!
10/22/10 - Start Endometrin suppositories 3x a day
10/23/10 - Start Medrol
10/24/10 - Embryo Transfer 9:30am - Transferred 3 embies
10/25/10 - Start estrogen tablets 2x a day
10/28/10 - Check estradiol/progesterone levels
11/04/10 - Beta levels checked - BFP!! Beta=266
11/08/10 - Repeat Beta = 1126 (doubling time 46.6 hours)
11/11/10 - Repeat Beta = 3066 (doubling time 49.82 hours)
11/15/10 - Repeat Beta = 11603 (doubling time 50 hours)
11/18/10 - First Ultrasound 9am - 2 gestational sacs w/ yolk sacs
11/24/10 - Second Ultrasound 7:45pm - Twin A - saw & heard heartbeat. Twin B - Not progressing, no sign of a fetus in sac
12/1/2010 - First OB appt 9:15am & Third Ultrasound with RE 7:45pm
